Appartments Issues Declaration Form

At the last general assembly in September, we realized that many people were facing similar problems in their apartments (humidity, shutters not closing, stagnant water on the balconies, etc.).

Although these problems were reported to the promoter Baumeister, they were not resolved or the proposed solutions have proven to be partially or completely ineffective. 

In order to have an overall view of the problems in the Lissabon & Madrid buildings, we decided to set up a form in order to: 

• list and categorize the different problems;
• obtain a global view of the types of problems;
• officially and collectively inform Baumeister;
• take a joint action towards Baumeister listing all problems and requesting its interventions; 
• if necessary, involve the ten-year building insurance.
