First of all, Happy New Year 2024!!! Thanks a lot for your feedback related on the building issues. Please find below a table summarising the results of the questionary received and the links to the complete table and the photos. The most important issues identified are the evacuation of water from balconies, condensation in private entrance boxes and infiltrations. This causes serious moisture and mold problems that jeopardize the health of the buildings and their occupants. Other points, even if mentioned only once, concern the whole building (exterior curtains, quality of the wood used for the facades, water pressure, etc.). The list of the issues and the photos provided will be transferred to the mediator next Monday during the AGEX.

📢 Information: Service hivernal Malgré l'intervention de la société en charge du service hivernal, vous avez pu constater que les trottoirs,  entrées et allées de nos bâtiments n'ont pas été vraiment dégagées.  La société mais également le fond du Kirchberg ont été avertis car certaines zones sont sous leur responsabilité. En cours de clarification... autrement, une autre solution 😁
